Diclofenac 75 mg. /1 ml. AMP.

Aceclofenac :

1. Directly inhibits PGE2 secretion at the site of inflammation.
2. Stimulates the synthesis of extracellular matrix of the human articular cartilage.
3. An NSAID with greater COX-2 speciality when compared to diclofenac sodium inhibits synthesis of inflammatory cytokines, interleukin IL-1, tumer nacrosis factor.

Paracetamol :

1. Produces analgesia by elevation of pain thersold.
2. Well Absorbed orally peripherally acting analgesic.
